1. Login/Register
If you don't have an account you can register at any time by clicking on the link in the upper right hand corner of the site. We do require you to register in order to stream videos on the site and we try to make it as painless as possible.
Once you have registered you can login with your username and password you can login and begin using the site. You'll find the login link and other account related links in the upper right corner of the site.
2. Check Compatibility
Please check our streaming requirements to make sure your system is compatible with our video streaming services. It's usually a good idea to update your browse and flash version before you start. You should also run our bandwidth test to make sure you can stream the videos at a reasonable speed. If your bandwidth is too low you'll experience issues with playback.

NOTE: Your bandwidth speed can vary throughout the day. Many playing problems are caused by temporary slowdowns or "throttling" by your internet provider. It is good practice to test your download speed at different times to determine the best time to stream videos.
Before you can stream our videos online, you must have the latest versions of certain software installed on your computer. If any one of these items are out of date, you may encounter problems when trying to use our website or view our content.
Please note: Anything NOT listed below is not officially supported, and as such is not guaranteed to work properly.

Memberships
You will find various membership options listed on the home page. Not all videos are included in every membership. You can see which titles are included in the membership by clicking on the name of the membership and then viewing the List of Titles at the bottom of the page. In order to start a membership, add the membership to your cart and then complete checkout.
Once you have completed checkout you will have immediate access to your titles. Once you have started a membership you can find your available titles one of two ways. If you click on Your Account & Videos and then click open the 'membership titles' list on the page, this will let you browse and preview all of the membership titles available to you. You can also go the the Catalog page, any title that is marked with the red "Membership Title" banner (above the product image) is included in your membership. If you click on details it will automatically take you to the full version of the video.
Memberships are billed one month from your start date. You can find your billing date by going to My Account->Memberships. If you choose to cancel your membership you will continue to have access to your videos until your 'month' expires. Unfortunetely we cannot offer 'pro-rated' refunds at this point in time.

Individual Titles
Each title in our system can be purchased individually, for different lengths of time.
Click on the Catalog button in the main menu to browse our extensive catalog. We add new titles on a regular basis as they become available by their producer. We have no control over other production companies schedules or when they choose to make titles available. If you have a favorite producer who's titles you don't find on our site please feel free to recommend that they become a part of our catalog.
You can browse the catalog by choosing a primary sort option, these include browsing by Producer, Artist, Media Type, Subject Matter and Skill Level. Once you pick a primary sort option you can further filter your titles by the remaining categories. We've tried to make the catalog as easy and intuitive to use but we welcome feedback from our users and will continue to fine tune the browse pages.
Once you find a title that you are interested in watching all you need to do is to select the length of time you'd like to have access to the title and then hit the 'add to cart' button. At that point all you need to do is complete the checkout process. Once you have completed the checkout your title will automatically be added to your list of streaming titles. You can find your list of streaming titles by going to 'My Account' and clicking onto the 'Streaming Titles' page.
