  • What does "M" mean?

    Whenever you see this "M" image on a video cover, anywhere on the site,  you will know that that video is part of the Membership Library.

    If you are a Member you can watch these videos anytime from your membership.

User Agreement

  • User Agreement

    This website is for the world-wide community of artists who are interested in learning from those who have added content to this website. If you participate in this website, by viewing content, creating an account, purchasing a membership or single video or through any other activity on the site YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THE USER AGREEMENT.

    Gross Violations can result in being banned from the site and payments for content may be forfeited.

Affiliate Accounts

  • Do you have an AFFILIATE Program?

    Yes. Anyone who has set up an account on the ArtClick.tv site can be an affiliate.


    Steps to take:
    1. Set up an account
    2. Go to "your account"
    3. Find the "Affiliate Center" over on the left column
    4. Read the Terms of Agreement By creating an affiliate link on your website or blog you are agreeing to these terms.
    5. Insert the "Text Link" (near the bottom of the page) into your website.

    All visitors coming to the ArtClick.tv website through this link will be tracked for affiliate commissions to you.

    Commission Guidelines
    Commissions are currently paid at the rate of: 10% of total sale. You do not have to sign up to become an affiliate, you can start using your affiliate link (located below) immediately.

    Currently we pay out commissions when your total earnings equals $50.00 or more. When your commission level reaches $50.00 you will receive an automated email requesting information on where and who to make out your check to. If your commission level reaches over $500 USD in one year then we will require you to furnish additional tax information before mailing any payments over the $500 total. If you have any questions please feel free to use the contact us form and we will endeavor to respond quickly.

Streaming

  • Filter Help

    The filters on the catalog page are cumulative.  For example if you select "Acrylic" the list will show ONLY titles that contain the keyword filter, if you select "Acrylic" AND "Ann Baldwin" the list will show ONLY titles that contain BOTH Acrylic & Ann Baldwin.  In that situation you would only get two results because Ann Baldwin only has two videos on the site currently. 

    You can always reduce the number of filters you are using if you get too few results.  If you get too many results you can add filters to futher limit the list.

     

  • How many times can I play a title?

    You can play a video title as many times as you like during your rental period.

  • How long do I have access to a title?

    When you purchase streaming access you select the rental period.  Each video offers up to five rental periods: 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months.  Producers decide the periods and prices of these options.

  • Can I download a title?

    Currently we do not offer downloads.  As time goes on we hope to begin offering downloads on an individual title basis.  The availability of a title for download depends on the specific license we can obtain from a producer for their titles.  If there is a title that you would like to have offered as a download please feel free to contact us with the request.  If we get enough requests we may consider pursuing this option.

  • What does streaming mean?

    Streaming means that you can watch the video online through our website for the duration of the time period that you have purchased.  Streaming does not give you a persistent right to the content and it does not allow you to download the video.  You must be logged into your account using the internet in order to watch your video.

  • What do I do if I cannot get my video to play?

    If you run into problems getting your title to play AND you have already confirmed that your system matches our streaming requirements please contact tech support and we will respond as quickly as possible.  If after working with you, you are still not able to get the title to play we will issue a refund, however, we have worked hard to provide as much information up front as possible reguarding our streaming reqirements.  If you're system is not compatible with ours due to a lack of complience with the streaming requirments we will not issue a refund.

  • What are your streaming requirements?

    Before you can stream our videos online, you must have the latest versions of certain software installed on your computer. If any one of these items are out of date, you may encounter problems when trying to use our website or view our content.

    Please note: Anything NOT listed below is not officially supported, and as such is not guaranteed to work properly.

    Mobile Requirements:

    We don't currently offer mobile support. This is a feature we are working on and should have soon.

    Connection Speed

    If you are running approved versions of the software listed above, and are still having trouble viewing our content, your internet connection may be too slow. To find out for sure, please click here and click on "Begin Test." If your Download Speed is less than 1Mbps, you may experience a degraded viewing experience.

    ArtClick.tv is a coalition of independent artists and video producers who are combing their video content into one online digital library where it can be web accessable to art and craft enthusiasts anywhere, anytime.  Our goal is to create a significant, one stop,  online marketplace for high quality art and craft education video content.


    Free content is great, but it cannot support the people who create and deliver it.  ArtClick.tv will strive to provide high quality content, with high quality delivery technology at a fair price to customers who appreciate this economic model.   As the number of producers, titles and viewership increases we will create the efficiency of scale that enables ArtClick.tv to be a valuable lifelong learning resource and art inspiration.

Ordering

  • Can I mail in an order using a check/money order/credit card?

    No, We can only accept online payments at this time. 

     

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa and Mastercard for online orders. The charge on your credit card statement will show as Artworkships TV

     

  • What if I order a Title or Membership and don't like the content?

    All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not take returns if you are unsatisfied with the content. We have taken every step we can imagine to provide as much information as needed for you to make an informed decision.  However if you are deeply unsatisfied with a title please let us know so that we can take steps to remove content that meet the quality our community expects.


    When you purchase a Membership, no refunds are granted during the Initial Period. You may terminate a membership at the end of any membership period.


    No refunds are given should your account be suspended due to violation of the term of the User Agreement.

    We respect your right to privacy and will not sell, trade, give or rent any personally identifiable information obtained from you to a third party.

     

  • I can’t remember my password?

    If you do not remember your password, you can use the “Lost Password” button on the Login page to have a new password sent to your email address. Simply click on the Login link at the top right corner of the website, click on Lost Password and enter your username or email address.

     

  • How do I register/re-register?

    Simply click the “Register” button at the top of the site and follow the instructions on the screen. If you have already registered and you try to register with your email again, the system will let you know that the email is already used. If you do not remember your password, you can use the 'lost password' button to have a new password sent to the email address in your account.
